Then, make a plan and start taking steps towards changing yourself, your life, and stepping out of your comfort zone.

Succumbing to your weaknesses

First of all, we all have weaknesses and it is perfectly natural. However, you must not take the weakness take over your life. It is widely known: admitting that you have a problem is the first step towards solution. If you manage to define the weakness that holds you back, you are halfway to getting rid of it.

The next step is to take the bull by the horns and eradicate the weakness. It will take time and effort, and remember that getting help from close people will bring you the best results in this struggle and help you become a better self.
